As an Account Manager for Allison Hornback - State Farm Agent, you are a trusted partner to both our customers and our agency team. This role requires someone who is highly organized, service-focused, and capable of juggling multiple priorities. You’ll support daily operations, provide exceptional customer service, assist with claims, and act as a second set of eyes for the agent to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage incoming and ongoing insurance claims, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with sales conversations, policy changes, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Monitor agency workflows and help maintain operational efficiency.
- Support the agent in reviewing files, catching details, and ensuring compliance.
- Help manage daily office needs and serve as a go-to resource for both team members and clients.
- Experience in insurance, customer service, or office management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional communication style.
- Ability to take initiative and support others in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with sales and client outreach when needed.
